I have to say you are really stressing out an already stressed fish, let it settle a bit. The Bandit was newly arrived to your LFS. You then purchased it and put it in yet another new environment. I wouldn't expect it to eat immediately going through so much in such a small amount of time. The only Bandits that ate right out of the bag for me were the ones I received diver direct. Bandits going through the usual chain of wholesale pick up nasty pathogens and parasites. I agree with the previous posts that the fish has obvious fluke infestation, which isn't necessarily an immediate death sentence. Yes, do freshwater dips, once every 24 hours for no more than 5 minutes. I would also run Erythromycin.
I received a Red Sea Regal from an LFS that came in looking poorly and was acting like your Bandit. I freshwater dipped it every 24 hours for 4 straight days and ran an antibiotic. It started to eat after a couple days in antibiotics. Once it started to eat I dosed Prazi and Metro. Today it is thriving in my display.
Good luck, and remain patient and vigilant.
