Trip Report: Vegas 2017

Recently got back from Vegas. Was my first time there. Went for my daughters wedding. Weather was awesome as the highest temp was Saturday at around 94. Monday was a high of 84. Anyways, I figure a picture is worth a thousand words, so here is my trip report in picture format.

And thats it. We were delayed 8+ hours leaving Vegas due to weather in Chicago. I guess it worked out as we received $150/pp in future flight credits. Considering I payed $500/rt total, it wasnt bad.

I also forgot to take pics of the 1 time I gambled. Got into a poker game at flamingo. Won a bit of money.

My 9 yr old thought he was going to be able to play the "lottery machines" aka slots. He was rather heart broken when he found out upon walking into Paris that he couldn't. So the wife let him pick a machine and she stuck $5 into it. A couple pulls later 5 gone. Wife and I did stick 10 a piece into video poker while tossing back a few. I cashed out 5 and she lost her 10. Then the only other gambling I did was the midnight $70 poker tourney at the flamingo. I took 6th out of 60 and brought home $135. Still kicking myself as I should have won the $1000 first place.
