Tripod advice?

I have a Nikon SLR D70 and I am looking to buy my first Tripod so I don't want anything too expensive but something that will do the job of taking pics of my Tropical Fish. I have just bought a 60mm f/2.8D AF Micro-Nikkor lense to go along with my SB800 flash.

This Bogen/Manfrotto kit is a nice one. The ball head on a tripod is priceless (wish I had one).

I prefer the 3021BPRO legs (sturdier, and has quick release tabs on the legs), and the 486RC2 ballhead (larger ball and it has a separate pan adjustment). The Manfrotto stuff is very good unless you want to spent A LOT of money.

Edit: It's actually the 488RC2 that I have with the separate pan/swivel adjustment. The 486 I linked is one step down.
