Klenex is a good brand for those purposes. In many cases What u see is not what u get. Browning out will be expected and unfortunately getting it back to that picture splendor will be nearly impossible, i wish you the best of luck

Very nice pic of a coral. One thing I am sure, the lighter inner portion will not stay the same. It's still tri-color, pink, blue and brown.

Thats a beautiful looking acro. I look forward to seeing how it looks for you. I just ordered a similar Tri-color Mille from LADD but I'd say yours looks nicer in the pics.

It is much much paler in color and contrast, but i assume it will improve once it adjusts.

It still looks pretty nice. Especially considering it was shipped and its not a top down picture like the seller took. I think top down pictures are deceptive, everything looks better top down, but we don't view our tanks top down.

I think it will color back up just fine. How dose it look for PE linds? I'm hopeing it has smaller polyps and not real harry. Can't wait to get my piece.

The answer to your question is no- you do have a nice maricultured acro but it will not be a tricolor---- pink milli/prostrata.

Again millis do for some reason come in different colors but ultimately not many do keep them.:beer:

Agreed. It's unfortunate that they don't seem to last, I've seen some great cultured colonies come in but they just don't hold.

I imagine it's something to do with the intensity of the sun and the depths they're farmed at. You'd thing they'd do better than wild colonies but, at least IME, that's not the case

Regardless, keep us posted on your colonies progress in your aquarium :beer:

It is a nice piece no doubt there was a little photoshop going on in that original pic. I've been burnt a few times when I see stuff like that. Good luck with the coral though :thumbsup:

you are a photographer? what camera and lense do you use and will you be shooting that beauty with a 100mm macro? cannot wait for some up close and personal pics.
as for babies all babies are beautiful lol , at least i was blessed with all mine being beauties all nine of them ...
