J&L has them periodically-check their (freaking awful new) website. They don't have everything up yet so email them.
They don't ship well, and don't survive well in regular tanks being hard-core filter feeders. Some are photosynthetic so you might get lucky but I would assume you'll be spot feeding daily and running similar to a non-photosynthetic coral tank.
I don't know of anyone anywhere who's breeding them, so if you manage it you'll make a killing. Some of them have direct reproduction internally, a lot of them do broadcast spawning with planktonic larva. It depends.
