Tunze 6101 question

I just received my 6101 and single controller today and it is awsome ...

my question is I also have an APC battery backup unit, is it safe to hook the 6101 pump and controller to the APC ?

Yes, and for the future we plan a backup power supply system of our own for the 6101. It should be out this fall.
