tunze 6201 please help!

i bought it here from rc 2 months ago he said he only have it for 6 months .it have a newer power adapter . it run very well for 2 months but today it stop working . i noticed the power supply adapter to powerhead connection is loose i try to make a good connection with no luck.everytime i plug the prong it work for 2 second and die. please help

I would try cleaning it first if you have not already. If the pump senses resistance it will shut down. The 01 series controllable pumps do not have the audible alarm.

It should have included a clamp to use on your old rail or magnet holder. If you want the new style magnet holder you need 6205.500 and 6065.510.

It isn't updated yet with all the new parts. I have plenty of 6205.500 but we have run out of 6065.510, we should be restocked next week.
