Hey guys, noticing that my pumps aren't reducing flow at night. I have both the moonlight and night mode modes turned on. The moonlight isn't turning on either. I tried darkening the area around the photocell to reset it, with no luck. Hoping you guys have some troubleshooting tips that might help.

How old is it? If you look closely at the wire connections inside the photocell do you see an corrosion (brown rust in this case instead of shiny silver). If the photocell sat in water it can wick in some water and short out, the photocell/LED is replaceable but it will generally need to be sent in to be replaced. IF the controller was bought 2009 or later it may have an internal plug and then you could change it yourself if you are comfortable opening the controller, older ones were soldered. It is a special photocell we don't generally sell outright since soldering and opening of the controller is usually required. Do not order 7094.050, this will not work and is only for 6091, 7091 and 7092 as well as the much older 7094.
It would generally be repaired within 24 hours of receipt. In this case I am out of that photocell, I do expect them very soon, it would be best to hold off until I have them so down time is minimal. We generally would ship back by UPS ground after it is repaired. In most cases from when you ship it until you get it back takes 1-2 weeks.
