Tunze and Aquacave.com (The worst customer service)

Yes, more for the first few days and much less after two weeks. A higher water level is the most helpful. In general I prefer at least 6" of water to 10" less bubbles this way and the pump cannot run dry so easily as there is a safety margin. It also helps to aim the hole in the back where water escapes at a solid surface (sump wall). Make sure water exits the stand pipe, just a slow trickle and within a couple days it should be skimming.

Btw, thank you for your service. it was not my intent to start a feud. UPS publishes a map of exactly how many business days it takes from one point to another And we did always ship in a timely manner. UPS does not move shipments on weekends, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, this adds a lot of delay during this time of year. On holidays and weekends only next day shipments move. We only have so much control once it is out the door. It takes 4 business days from Austin to most of Michigan.

Thanks Roger. I don't know if you read my third post or not, but, again please accept my appology. It wasn't your fault, it was aquacave's and I didn't know that until your second post. Thanks for the help

To be fair, part of it was we were closed and I was working with Albert at AquaCave by email on a resolution between doing inventory. He did email me on the 26th and we tried to get it resolved as fast as we could. It was a little delay between the 19th and 26th and for that I am sorry. I don't believe Albert didn't care he was very attentive to a resolution at least from my emails with him.
