Tunze metering pump to 1/4 ro di tubing?

Everything I can think of is going to take some playing around and DIY, here is where I would start, I have never tried this myself-
vacuum line fittings, Auto Zone will have sets of these, try to see if one will work-

Different size hose, you could try to find a hose that is very stretchy, like latex tubing and shove both hoses inside and clamp it or use zip ties, this might work because our tubing is 7mm OD, 1/4" PE tubing is about 6.25mm OD.
Check all the small fittings at Lowe's or Home Depot, it may take two to make an adapter and it may take one that is oversize in diameter but you can sand to fit. Or, you may be able to heat our tubing and stretch it to fit, that may be possible with a fitting like this, we have this kind of fitting here and the hose almost fits, I think it could be done but would be frustrating.
