Tunze Osmolator 3155

Hi Roger,
I purchased a Tunze osmolator 3155 awile back with a friend along with several other pieces of equipment. Well I finally got around to my new setup and I opened the box to find no mounting hardware. Should I return it or can I get the parts sent out? Thanks in advance. I also posted this in the P.A. forum a few days ago but have no response yet.

Hi Roger,
Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you. I got my osmolator hooked up and it's running great! Just wanted to say thanks for getting that out to me. Great customer service is something that should be commended. Once a sale is done, you have your money. But great folow up will keep me coming back forever. More companies should look at the excellent example you show. Many Thanks again.
