Tunze Stream control?

Hi Curt,
I just wanted to know if you have any update on the AC controlling the Tunze pumps before I buy a Tunze controller.

Will the current ACIII be able to receive a software upgrade when available.

Other words, if I purchase an ACIII now then I wont need to purchase a revised model down the road for Tunze control?

I believe the Neptune wavemeker will be a separate box that would connect to the existing ACiii, probably thru the I/O or expansion port. Of-course a firmware update will be necessary.

I don't know how close Neptune is to introducing the "wavemeker gadget", but here is what I know...

"The [Neptune] controller for the tunze pumps will work with any of their [Tunze] pumps that work with the 7095 controller."

it seems reasonable that it would be an add on module that connects to the driver the same way the tunze controller does.

No, the Jr owners won't be left out. It plugs into the AquaController through the control port (telephone cord), and looks like a direct connect box to the AquaController.
Currently we have prototypes running in the lab, and beta testing will begin soon. The release date will be determined after we get some beta test feedback.
