Tunze Support is Superb!

I felt obligated to publically thank you for the top tier support that you guys at Tunze USA offer us hobbyists. To those that may be reading this,... My 6105 pump started acting up and needed to see the Tunze doctor. I sent Roger an email to see if he could help and, even though he was traveling abroad, he promptly returned my email and arranged to take a look at the pump when he got back to the States. My pump just arrived home today, ready to get to work in my tank.

NOWHERE have I experienced this level of personable-style support from a major corporation. Tunze pumps are awesome, but the support is truly world-class!

Thanks, Josh. I don't know how much of a major corporation we are, Tunze USA is me and one employee and Tunze Germany is about 45 people in total, we are really a small family owned company and while that means we may make more mistakes with all the hand labor and more pressure on fewer people, it also means we can be more responsive and place a higher value on our name and our customers.
