Turbelle 230.04 impellor jam

Just wondering if someone can enlighten me on removing the impellor from a tunze turbelle 230.04 which is the pump on my Tunze 230/3 skimmer. It is jammed & currently soaking in vinegar. It will turn a few degrees, but I can't seem to free it. I seem to remember reading something somewhere about a brake preventing the easy removal of the impellor. I'd read the manual that came with the pump, but it's hiding atm :lol:

The best way is to let it soak like you are doing. Try warm water and vinegar mixed 50/50. Then rest your bare feet on the pump to prevent braking the tabs that hold the intake on the pump and grab the impeller in your hand and pull upwards.
