I just bought I phoniex 14k from you guys and just fired it up but the bulb didn't want to fire. I checked everything. I have 2 other metal halide fixtures so I know how to handle MH. After about 15 mins I plugged the ballast in again and it liked turned black inside the tube and made a awful noise, and scared the crap out of me. I waited another 10 mins or so and then pluged it in again and it finally fired but it almost a 10k color and I thought phoniex where very blue and more so on a icecap ballast?
EDIT: also the bulb makes a buzz sound when turned on are 150W MH saposed to make noise because my 70w is silent
