Unidentified BTA Problem - Sick "Eaten Looking" base?

I've just recently moved my anemones over into a bigger tank. This morning I noticed one of them, a large recovering BTA, has a serious affliction on the side of its foot. The mouth is fine and the colour is fine, it's not moving or anything. There are no fish in the tank and the water is fresh in so the parameters should be perfect.

There are some brittle stars in the tank, would they eat a weak anemone? I've found nothing around on them being a problem usually. Anyone know anything? Causes or treatments?

Here's some pictures: http://imgur.com/a/Xc6xT#PwhPVZD

Thanks

What is it 'recovering' from? Did you happen to injure it when moving to larger tank? It looks like it's foot has been torn & insides are coming out.

It had bleached from the journey by the time it got to me. No physical tears or anything like that, it is what it looks like though. It's colour has come back a lot since then but now this and its mouth is shut tight. It looks a little like a tear to me as well, I just can't think of how it could have happened. If it is a tear it seems to be pretty bad. Any advice?
