I sold them to a collector /breeder on reef central .

i must of been away that day you were selling them

now you have to change your name or get another pair

how long did you have them>

over a year I had them and yes I will be setting up a new tank in 2006 I only sold them becuase I moved and could not keep up with the work or chance the risk of killing them.

Charles99, I don't have the pair anymore. I went on a vacation and came back to an entire system melt down. It was really sad, cuz I got an email from my girlfriend and I couldn't do anything cuz I was in Europe. She told me the female was acting weird, so I told her to pull her out of the tank if she died. I guess she got stuck behind the rocks cuz she couldnt find the body. Next thing I know, I get another email telling me everything was dead. It's been two weeks since I came back, and I haven't cleaned it up yet. It was really sad losing the pair and the rest of my corals. I haven't figured out what happened because I have another 50 gallon tank with a lot more fish and I didn't lose anything and all my corals have grown a lot too.

Hopefully I find another pair soon.

If anyone wants to try raising an onyx spawn, let me know. My pair just had their first spawn which hatched Wednesday evening. I don't have time to raise them but if I can coax them to spawn on a tile, I'd be happy to let someone else try. I'm in Indiana--guess it'd be best to pick them up rather than ship?? (The eggs I mean, the pair is NOT for sale!)

I would if I were just a little close, Detroit area to Indiana isn't too bad but. Let me know how far you are? I'm sure they will continue to spawn as long as you don't change anything and eventually you will probably attempt to raise a clutch

I dont know there age since they are wc. They are not full grown yet.
