Many of you have inquired about the magnet holder for Tunze products. Unfortunately it was found that the Stream 6080 and 6100 had enough strength that if the magnet was slightly moved the pump could break free of the magnets holding power. We need to develop this further so it is more stable and better able to resist the force of the Stream and less likely to be moved in normal aquarium maintanence.
Otherwise I have good news, in about a month the 6100 Streams will likely become a stock item. I will get a shipment with in a month that will be equal to what we normally recieve in 3 months. I will also get a fair supply of Multicontrollers. It appears that the 6000 Stream at present does not have an extensive wait and within 2 weeks I expect all present backorders to be filled on this model. I believe most dealers have 6080's in stock and the 6060's we are a little behind on but not much. It is expected that early next year the shortages will be a thing of the past and while likely their will be sporadic out of stocks they will not be of the 4-6 week delay we have now.
