I love the stands. I have seen alot of stands but that is one on the best.
I cannot take full credit for the stand . Most of the credit goes to mflamb I took his design and modified the light rack and made some improvements of his design.

Thanks, but your upgrades make your stand the ultimate.

Could you elaborate a little more on the electronics? What software/hardware combo are you using for the cameras? It all looks great. I am wanting the same kind of remote monitoring capabilities for my 300g setup.

Wow! This is definitely an awesome build. Holy crap I hope my first big tank build will look good as yours.

I seriously need to take some classes and learn how to weld.

very nice set up! that is sure a great stand. i love building my own things out of metal! keep us updated with pics. how does that pc remote work?

I may have missed it but I just finished reading the entire thread. Who built the tank? Also I never saw a picture of the skin on the stand... ?????

Yo dude, way past due for an update!!!

Sorry guys it's been a long time for me to update. I've been out of the country for several months. My wife has been taking care of my aquarium and I've been overseeing it through Neptune's controller in my video cameras I have set up. This weekend I will take some new photos. The tank is doing very well.

here are some new photos of the tank .
I will take some more pictures and bring you up to date my camera just died
.
