I was just going over this thread and saw your post about the live rock. Sorry I did not respond earlier.

I have three pieces that have been in tanks continuously for at least three years. All were dry rock when I bought them. They all have nice coralline. Two have green palys and some kenya tree growing on them. The largest piece (10 pounds) is a nice slab with some green rhodactis.

I also have some fist/baseball size pieces that have been sitting in a bucket dry for about two months and another half bucket of rubble.

FOREGROUND
About 4 pounds with corilline and palys (maybe even a mushroom or two)
Looking for $20

BACK
About 10 pounds, 15" x 12" slab with coralline and green hairy rhodactis mushrooms.
Asking $40

Smaller piece with coralline and palys
Asking $8

Bottom of the bucket of dry nano rock (has been sitting dry for 2 months or so)
$10

Bucket of rubble
$15

I had a good time hanging out and talking fish. Really enjoyed the chili and beer too.

It's so nice to finally have a store near Ithaca with cheap salt and nice frags.

What are the store hours and is there a web page?
