I am no lawyer, nor do I have any legal background, but it seems to me that your advice is way too intrusive. My detective customer does not believe that anything we have would be grounds to get a warrant. The best evidence is that these two guys ask waaaaay too many questions about operations and one of them was observed repeatedly shaking his keys over OPC's system shortly before it crashed.
