i have just cleaned the pump and found it shaking while running. is anyone have a full manual that shows how to reassemble the whole red dragon 1500 pumps. ?

1. the base the impeller goes inside the pump? there's a small washer and a nut .see attached picture-is the right way to put it?

2. the intake of the pump with a detachable red/grey plastic tube that goes inside the pump's round intake. how to properly install it?

That bearing should be inserted into the bearing cavity at the base of the magnet cavity before putting the impeller in. It should spin freely on the end of the impeller shaft and it’s the most often overlooked point of maintenance and a very critical one at that. The bearings hole should be cleaned as should the end of the impeller shaft to insure there is no friction between the bearing and end of the impeller shaft.

Please take a look at this thread which discusses cleaning on all Red Dragon pumps. Post 2 of the thread applies to the Red dragon 1 like yours and most particularly the bearing since only the Red Dragon 1 pumps have the removable bearing. It shows the correct orientation as well. If you wet the bearing and then use a piece of 1/2” pvc pipe to push the bearing into the cavity, there is a groove that the bearings o-ring will pop into to hold the bearing in place inside the cavity.

This is the manual for the pump but the 2nd post in the link above shows the bearing installation better than the manual does.

Hi ..

Sure it's an RD pump? We do not have green pinwheels ?

best regards ... Klaus

good eye, i just got the pictures from online. but that the way to put the nut and washer in order right?

For instructions on the bearing, see my comment and link above. That appears to be the correct orientation for the bearing but you NEED to install the bearing into the block properly before putting the impeller back in as noted above and in post two of the link I provided.
