Vertex Alpha 170

Jeremy,

Starting my 60g cube build with 20g sump. Will the Alpha 170 work on this size tank? I am also looking to buy the neck ckeaner. What size lid would I need for the Alpha 170 cleaner head? Is the Cleaner and lids in stock?

It would work on that size system, but I'd suggest the new Omega 150 instead. It will save you over half the price, the quality of construction is absolutely no different, and it will be more than enough to handle your system and then some. The cleaners lids are available for this one as well. Here is a thread on it:

So the Autocleaner works on this model too? Which size replacement lid would I need for this model? ETA for the skimmer is early or late Dcember?

This would take the 150mm lid for the skimmer. The ETA is mid December right now.
