VERTEX Skimmers

Updated Models in Stock?

Updated Models in Stock?

I just received the notice that the IN-100 is back in stock, and placed an order. Can you confirm this is the updated model?

Thanks!

This is not the updated model, this is still the old style. We will update with a "Generation 2" description once they are here.

Jeremy, is there any way that you could at least get the footprint dimensions from the factory on the new IN-180? I would like to know if I am wasting my time waiting for a skimmer that won't even fit in my sump.

Alos, if possible, an update on their ETA..... Thanks,

Hey guys, I was out Thursday and Friday. I will get the new pictures up tomorrow as soon as I can.

Thanks!

Awesome... Can't wait, I'll be optomistic and see if the footprint is accurate once they're in your hands.

woo hoo!!!....I've never looked forward to a "Monday" before...

Hi Guys.... Here are the pictures of the new models. The IN100 is hard to see, but you can easily see how the pump is attached, as well as the shorter bubble plate in them.

What r the specs on the 280. Dimensions? Diameter? Pump wattage?
How many gallons is it rated for?

Tony

Rated to 280 gallon medium density stock

- Albert

thanks Jeremy!....
can you give us the foot prints of both the IN-100 and IN-180?

When are these newer versions to be in-stock?...

Hi Guys.... Proline will reply with the footprint of the skimmer. I thought they had come in last Thurs / Fri while I was gone however the shipping company did not drop them off. As soon as they get here I will get the exact dimensions and see if we can twist or turn it a little bit to make it work for you cet98.

thanks Jeremy, but Wippjas is the one who needs the dimension "tweaks" ;)
I am fortunate enough to be in the process of a new build so I will be building my stand to accommodate the actual skimmer...
BTW, I'm building a 50+ gal tank with a 15gal sump (zoas/palys/SPS)...would the IN-100 be more than enough, or with no current dimensional restraints, would it be beneficial to consider the IN-180?....
