Very Very Very frustrated

My Radion, Vortex, Reeflink are working fine for couple weeks. Tonight, after feeding mode, I tried to set both Vortex to Lagon mode at 50%, then everything get stuck, it not 50% like I want instead it run full mode at max, and water splashing every where because I have a rimless tank. I could not even log in using iPhone ecosmart app. Please make the software connection more stable. If the ecosmart is down, it MUST has a way to put the setting back to previous mode.

That is a very unusual issue and not one I've encountered before. I would highly recommend calling in today for more advanced troubleshooting. 1-800-785-00338 Ext. 2

It took me couple hours that night to solve the problem. I connected it back to my computer to reset and reprogram all equipment. Further I notice the Reef link is the problem, some how it got stuck while I was trying to set the Vortex. I power cycle the reeflink and restart it then it back to normal now. I did not call Ecotech support this time because it late in PST, even though Alex and the support team are very good.
