Vortech Ceasing

After a couple year break from the hobby I am getting back in. I saved a couple of my Vortechs from my last tank. My MP40W-ES is working fine, however, my propeller on my MP40W keeps ceasing up on me. What is causing this? Do I need a new bushing or something? I took it apart and it is clean.

I would recommend soaking the wetside in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar bath. From there, completely disassemble the wetside and clean all components thoroughly. The disassemble/reassemble worked. The bushing needed to be taken out and cleaned. Thanks
