Vortech Pumps

I am still leaning towards Streams, but I have been considering these pumps. let me know some details, and I'll see.

i highly doubt he would come down to $150 but it sounds like he would be willing to do better than $295 if we took all of them.

You can suggest anything you want, but the fact is that I do not have access to the Yahoo forums. So this is where I am posting it to offer others a good deal on them. If you are interested please send me a pm or a private email.

Currently only 3 are still available so if you are interested please contact me soon before they are all gone.

Thanks,
Chad

okay i believe they are all gone or not worth working out a group deal any longer, I will let you know how i like mine. Thanks to all those who showed interest!

Thanks Tim and Icecap these things are awesome!

I received my first of the 2 vortechs today and absolutely love it!!! I can't believe how much water this thing moves when it is turned up all the way. A friend stopped over to pick up my old tunze nano streams and was equally as impressed with how much flow these things put out. I can't wait for the wireless controller!

Thanks,
Chad

it has a few nice features, it is controllable, small and very powerful.

Thanks,

right now I have one in my 75 gal. and am going to be putting the other one in this tank also. hopefully it comes tomorrow. :)

My origional plan was two 6100 tunze streams in the 120 but my be considering the change to vortechs very soon.

I have to check one out in person. To see how big and how much flow. What i have been reading they are great pumps. They don't seem that big.You are a very happy person i bet..

you know it!

if you want to stop over and check them out some time just let me know. It's all good.

Hey guys, sorry for crashing your forum's thread....but steve-these vortech's are great. I have one in my 58g and it is the only flow besides my return. I don't have one dead spot in that 36"x18" tank:)
They are about the size of a small man's fist if you could picture the illusion of an arm going through the glass and only the fist inside the tank. That the best i can explain it.
It's flow is superior, I couldn't be happier and there are no cords in my tank:)

I like the wave action of Tunzes better though. Vortec's flow controller is vaporware still even though it should have been out by now, and will most likely not be out for a much longer time... kinda like the SEIO controller.
