Thanks for posting that Donny. I believe there was a tie for the office of vice president and an issue with the bylaws of our club. I personally wouldn't have any problem with responsible young people holding office in our club, especially since so many young people are involved in and knowledgeable about our hobby, but it is outlined in our bylaws that voters and officers be 18 years old:
Article III, Section II of the ETRC bylaws states:
"Regular members shall consist of those members eighteen (18) years of age or older that are in good standing. Regular members are eligible to hold office and vote."
I don't know where we go from here, but maybe we should discuss this so we can resolve the office of VP?
