Walking away from this hobby

As is the case in many hobbies / industries, there are those who have a true passion for it and give away polyps, and those who are in it for the money and are intent on charging three figures each (shame on you!).
It's unfortunate that the actions of some spoil what has obviously been a passion for you.
Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. Rest. Recharge. Then return.

As much as I love this hobby, I'm preparing to leave for good myself very soon as well.

Come on guys let cooler heads prevail here. Keep what ya have and enjoy it. See how fast you can get em growing. Try those experiments you've allways wanted to try with your systems etc.

Trust me, Charles isn't hibernating. This is his thread and I want the focus to stay on his farewell. He really cared about you guys. Just wanted you to know he tried really really hard to help make this place great, but he just got tired and frustrated. He helped an awful lot of people and I'm just surprise to see so few people thanking him and wishing him well. This guy went out of his way to help and posted a ton of links and ID's. I'm just saying.

I haven't dropped by in a while. But thanks for all the kind words. I never expected anything from anyone when I put this post to state my intentions of leaving. I have been really busy with other things, finally got my promotion from work and concentrating on my job which is why I don't have time for the forums nor the tank. I still have 1 tank left but aren't doing anything or adding to it. Just keeping it alive till I shut down the last of the tanks.
