Warranty Item

I purchased (2) Tunze Nano Stream Powerheads from Marine Depot on 1/10/2006. One of the "clamps" that hold the pumps broke in half just from adjusting the direction of the powerhead. Can I have this replaced under warranty? I looked in the book and it P/N 6025.510.
