Was thinking of one 6100?

Below is an old pic of my 90 gal tank. The rock work has been rearanged slightly and there are alot more SPS. There is a 1" course sand bottom.

I am thinking of adding one 6100 stream with a controller to the tank. The stream would be pplaced to the right of the center overflow pointing straight at the front glass. Will this work? I really don't have room to place at the end. Any recommendations?

I would get the 6000 and a single controller- the 6100 is too much for a 90.

What is the "pulse" mode? Does this mean the stream goes on and off like a wave passing over?

It pulses between two different speeds every few seconds so something like 30% to 100% power every 1-7seconds as you set with 30% being the minimum and 100% being the maximum.
