I have a 42"X46"X20" "cube-ish" tank. Would a wave box produce anything in this tank? Im mostly just trying to get the polyps to sway, get debris out of the rocks and to eliminate deadspots.
Thanks

Yes, Jar*Head did it in a 48" cube but it required an extension to get a wave. It can be done and I would ask him for details.

I place each wavebox at the rear corner facing the front look like this :D

If you use the wavebox and extension, your tank will look like this :D

Wow! Thanks for the posting the video. That would be really nice. Out of curiosity, did you try it with one wavebox? My tank is only viewable from the front so I set up with a central valley. The boxes in the corners would be behind rocks, which from what I read will not work. I was thinking one box in the center of the back I also dont know if I could justify 1k for a wave, it was hard enough to justify $500. I guess I need to track down someone who has one and isnt using it at the moment to try it out.

You can have 1 wavebox along the back behind the rock as long as there is no rock interfere with the flow and 1 box in the front. I have try 1 box in the tank before and only half of the tank has wave while the other half look funny like (after shock). You can purchase the box used only for $400-$425.

If you are local to me i would let your borrow mine. I have 4 ... :D
