Soooo, we got the skimmer in the mail today and the neck is broken. Now I have to wait for UPS to process the claim and wait for the guy I got it from to get back from Canada to send me the money back. I have to say, the packaging was questionable. I hope this does not turn into a huge problem!!! Ahhhhhh!

I have Hope up at Get Tanked checking tosee if you can get a replacement part. It is the part where it goes from being 8' down to the collection cup.

It is the piece that is attached to the 8 inch tube. To replace it you would have to replace the whole tube.
