I pulled 2 out and they are absolutely zoa nudi's. Problem is I cant take the zoas out. They are attached to main rock. I figure I will pull them out as I can see them and just hope. No choice at this point. Do they eat the large paly's?

palys should be ok in most cases. pull out as many zoas as you can into a QT and treat them in QT with dips and close inspections for eggs. Get a airline and suck as many as you can out the main tank or just let em finish off the zoas. I tried potassium permagnate years back and it killed half the zoas but did wipe out the nudis. You can chip off zoas from main rock ith a flathead screwdriver if they are rare zoas.

Good idea with the airline. I have been using a long pincer. I have removed 3 so far and the colonies are opening back up. I am sure it is the first of many rounds. I don't know how long I have had them or which colony they arrived on. I have something like 10 zoa/paly colonies. The remainder of my coral is lps/sps/and other softies. If they eradicate all my zoa's what is the like cycle time?

uhhhh just use flatworm exit with recomended dose, then 4 days after again, and 2 days after that again

thats it, thats all no need to do all that work

Turkey baster your zoo's, you might be able to pick them out. I had pyrimid snails on my clams, just inspected and picked every 2-3 days till they were gone. PIA? Yes, but worth a try.
