Do you have your Xenia isolated on a separate rock? If not, I strongly recommend that you do. It will spread and cover your entire aquascape if not kept away from adjoining live rock. I speak from experience.

The tank is coming along, looking good, and I know you're glad to be getting HA under control. Your tangs need to get busy!

Not 100%, there is a bit of the xenia rock thats touching the rest of the rock work. I'll keep an eye on them to make sure they don't spread to other rocks. Thanks for the heads up!


Thanks!! Yeah... the Sea Hare and the Bristletooth Tang (Ctenochaetus striatus) have been the biggest help toward getting rid of the hair algae so far.

I got an update! I got a Montipora Spongodes frag and a 2 Little Fishies Phosban Reactor(I won it at the club meeting raffle) today! :dance:

I have another update! I added: acans, chalice, encrusting monti, and a few other things. I also added a 5.7 inch Engineer Goby today! He was in my 28 gallon since I got him and I have been try to catch him for the last week. I got him when he was only 2 inches or so.

I got an update!! I got the
1 Arrow Crab
1 Condylactis passiflora Anemone (Florida)
2 Green and White Flower Anemone
1 Common Sea Cucumber
1 Yellow Sea Whip
3 Nano Pencil Urchin
2 Sand Sifting Sea Cucumber

They are all in the tank and doing well! Will post pictures soon!!

Moses where did you purchase your flower anemone's from? Oh and the anemone that you had before is a flower anemone correct? (the green and purple one)

I got them from Sea Life Inc.. Yup, its a Flower Anemone/Rock anemone.(same thing)
