what anemone to get?

I want to get an anemone for my 20L. I was thinking of a bta or a rbta but I am not sure. I have 2 ocelleris clowns, a yellow watchman goby, red pistol shrimp, and some assorted snails. My set up includes 4x24 watt t-5s, 1 koralia evo 550, 600gph overflow, rio 3100 return pump, 30lbs live rock, 2'' of sand, 10 gal fuge with 5lbs live rock, 3'' sand, chaeto, and about 50 red mangrove seeds. I have kept bta, rbta, and blue carpets anemones in the past with great success in my larger tanks.

Any kind of Bta would be fine I'd think... even a small long tentacle might be cool

For that small a tank, I wouldn't try anything but a BTA. Unfortunately they aren't natural hosts for ocellaris, but often ocellaris will eventually move into them.
