What anemone?

Have had my tank running for a while now and currently only has my picasso perc (partner died ) and live rock. Only have a 150 halide over the 40 right now. What anemone would do best for my tank size (40 BR)? I liked the green carpets but after doing some research they get large. I also want to keep corals after the anemone has situated himself.

If it's your first anemone, I would get a BTA. They're the hardiest of anemones, but still very sensitive and difficult to keep. They get large, as well, but are, imo, the best suited for the tank you have. They do tend to roam a bit, as do all anemones, but plenty of people have mixed reefs with anemones.
