What are these worms on my glass

They look wormy and brown...so brown worms?
Help, please anybody--are these bad or good critters or just critters?
They seem to move around by the water flow and on their own, too.

FWIW, it's a new tank with a bunch of hermit crabs & several types of snails.

60 gal tanks cycled about 4 weeks ago with "fiji pukani" live rock from livestockusa. Ammonia zero for about a month, nitrite never > 0, Nitrate zero for about 2 weeks (dosing with Calcium Ascorbate & skimming like heck made the trace go away).

Had some GHA but it's almost gone now. Saw a little stomatopod once but he's been hiding for a couple weeks...

It's probably just a Cirratulid or Terebellid worm, both of which are harmless.

I see the Cirratulid at LionfishLair that Animagus linked to. That sure looks like it could be the mommy of the little wiggly wad on the glass!
