What Are Your Dream Fish

Hello all, Anyone who knows me, I'm a rare fish nut. So some questions for the other rare fish people out there that are hopefully as addicted as I am.

I was wondering what everyone's dream fish are, realistic or un-realistic?

Do you plan on getting any of your dream fish soon?

What size tank do you plan on putting the fish in?

Please add pictures if you have them!

Here are some of my dream fish and there are many more. Note these pictures are not mine and they were found on a few different sites.

I will start with the dream fish I will be getting in about a month or two. The ever beautiful Conspiculatus.

The Conspiculatus Angel is at the top of my list also.

Picasso Clownfish from ORA, I just love these guys patterns.

Then I would have to say the Vlamingi Tang which I already have.

lastly would be the Achilles Tang or a hybrid Achilles x Goldrim either one.

I am going to be upgrading from my 280 to a 630 soon and when I do I am not gonna worry about corals so much anymore. I think I am gonna get the picasso's and if I can find a Conspic for a good price I will get one. My Vlamingi needs more room to roam and I already have 4 Tangs in my current tank so to add the Achilles or the hybrid I need the bigger tank.

3. Some new goby being bred my ORA [zebra goby maybe?]

Hopefully my new 30g. will have #1, 3, and 4!

Unrealistic:
1. Black tip reef shark
2. White Tip "
3. Some sort of stingray

i'd say carmabis are pretty rare!!.......been lookin for one for 2 years (my dream fish!)

i would have to say:

Pair debelius angels (sooo cool!)
juvi interruptus
tiny gem tang
carnarbi - the ones from japan are so much nicer then the swalesii (sp?)

the flame box is very doable. they are cold water though and 99% of the hobbiest dont know or have the ability to care for one properly (58-65 degrees tops for these guys)

i would love to have a pair of ornate butterflies.. those to me are one of the nicest fish around

Nothing to do with the bill. 1 female has been found and collected in the last 10 years. Was sold for $10,000 about 3 months ago. It went to Japan.

Even so those Personatus are extremely difficult to get to eat prepared foods or at least thats what I've heard. The male Personatus is such an elegant looking fish. No I don't think EZ marine ships I just like looking at those websites to see all the beauty's that they gobble up since they are willing to spend more money. So are any of you in the process of getting one of your dream fish? I'm in the process of getting a sm-med sized Conspic. I love looking at these super rare fish, it's like buying a lottery ticket and then dreaming about what you would do with the money. Regards, Tim

I'm planning on getting a job this summer and saving up the money for a snowflake clown/picasso clown and a helfrichi firefish... my 30g. should be really nice!

That personatus was never available on JRF it went to Japan. Where are you getting your Inter and Carn? Can't wait for my Conspic. I think I may go with an Inter if I can get one at a reasonable price. Regards, Tim

I recently added a Goldflake and they are a spectacular angel, highly recommended.
