My gigantea after one month and 5 days.

Light green....

Where in the heck are you guys getting these babies? I lived in Baltimore for 3.5 years and saw a single carpet in a LFS. Now in South FL. for 6 months I ahve seen a green and a blue carpet. No reds or purple. And I have been looking hard!!!!!!!!!!!

Cool pictures. To build on a prior question. I am concerned about the Haddoni moving around on a regular basis. Does the Haddonin tend to stay put? Also, do these guys climb rocks or will they stay on the bottom (substrate)?

Thanks.

im sorry but hands down is the H.Magnifica just look in gary's gallery and you will see why. carpets are nice but im sorry.

Can we all chant Magnifica and mean it

bertcmg- I would say a haddoni also. Although the tentacles are a little mertins-like, the strength of the column indicates haddoni.

But see, to me it's a little like comparing .. I dunno .. something like say a classic Harley-Davidson to a classic convertible of some kind ...

They're *both* quite nice, but hardly comparable to each other.

That's why you have to have both!

Um .. preferably in different tanks though. ;)

Heres the pic I forgot I promised to post :)

This is the same anemone after 2.5 months, with his new friend "The PIG". I mean the black saddleback :)

bertcmg- We need a picture of the tentacles around your anemones mouth. Are they longer than those around the perimeter of the oral disc?

Thanks for the response

don't have the cam handy but I took a close look at tentacles around the mouth, They look like they are just as long as the others (3-5 mm )

The tentacle coloration varies between Flourescent green to light green.

Bert
