What combination of bulbs should I get?

I'm ordering a 12g Nano Cube DX modded from nanocustoms. It will be outfitted with 4 x 24watt power compacts.

My bulb options are:
-- 10,000K Daylight
-- 50/50: 10,000K / 7100K
-- Actinic Blue

I would go 2 10,000K and 2 actinic myself. Kinda personal preference.

I agree; the 10,000 K coupled with the actinic should provide a wide spectrum. See The Lighting Thread for the complete story.

I was thinking of going with:

2 10,000K Daylights
1 Actinic
1 50/50

because I don't like too much of a blue look, to me brighter white the better, but I assume some actinic is good for color and coral growth

is this okay?

Yip, but the 50/50 bulbs kind of leave me wondering about their output.

I run 1 10k and 1 actinic on my mb7(64w) and i have no problem with it being to blue. I say it is almost to white.
