What is the best site to buy and sell used lenses?

Only advice I can give is to get set up at those forums and start posting. If you try and join and sell a 1600 lens with few to no posts, not many people will buy it as they are afraid you are a scammer. Why do you think they won't let you sell here with less than 50 posts and 90 days into it?

Most 70-200 2.8 IS I see get sold between $1650 to $1750.

I doubt you will get that price before Jan 16th. There is a 150 instant off on Amazon and B&H for that lens which brings the price down to 1699 for a new copy.

I have sold many lenses on eBay, and never had an issue. I have also sold to KEH, but you can usually get more $ on ebay.
