What is wrong with my RBTA?

I recieved my first anemone on Tuesday, a Rose Bubble Tip. it was doing okay when I recieved it, but hiding under an overhanging rock. I picked it up from Live Aquria's Divers Den, along with a little Grape Coral and drip acclimated them both. The coral is doing fantastic and my parameters are as follows:
Salinity: 1.024
PH: 8.0
Calcium: 420 ppm
Magnesium: 1320 ppm
Nitrates:1 ppm
Alkilinity:11.7 dKh
It looks absolutely unrecognizable and weird colors. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the replies guys, I tried feeding it some mysis today but it's mouth just hangs open. I have it under a Current USA LED strip light. I'll try with the pictures again.

Not an expert on RBTA's but from my experience they need to be fed or have something to live off like fish waist.

Bubble tip nems, all nems, need a lot of light.... I'm not sure what your lighting out put is, I'm not familiar with Current USA fixtures. But they need a high out out light fixture for one. And secondly how did you acclimate the nem? Did you drip, and for how long?

I have the blue at 100% intensity and I have the white at 50% intensity. I just didn't want to stress it with too much light to early. Should I turn up my intensity? I drip acclimated it for about 90 minutes after I floated the bag for fifteen minutes. It is sitting pretty low in the tank.

Reason I'm asking is if it's to bad it's better to get ride of the nem then loose your whole system... I would definitely start to run some carbon. And over the course of a few days I would turn up the lights... When putting a nem into a new system it's very stress full on the animal. I wouldn't feed it id slowly raise the lighting up, and run some carbon....

The mouth is sagging open which I know isn't good at all. I changed the program to raise it for tomorrow's cycle. Running carbon now, do you think I should give it a few days as I raise the lights or just pull it out? I dont not want to risk my tank. I've read some horror stories about anemones destroying whole systems.

How bad is it sagging.... A "gaping mouth" is when the anemone is basically ready to take its last breath, so to speak... I learned a lot from my first nem, I took it out to soon..... So if I were you I would wait a day or so... Give it time. Bubble tips are hardier than we give them credit for. Try to get a pic of the mouth if you can.

Pretty bad.. has been for a day now, a little better yesterday morning but bad all day today. I'm hoping it pulls through and I've upped the lighting for tomorrow so I should be able to grab a better picture. Hopefully I don't wake up to a disaster.

Also, any clue as to what is neon colors? It glows under my actinic lighting. You can see it a little in the pictures I posted.

Not exactly sure what neon you talking about ....? I see the anemone colors? Is it still holding on to the rock?
