What kind of carpet is this?

I also agree that it is a Haddoni. Make sure you don't add salt into the tank to raise salinity. Use salt water as top-off water until you get to the salinity you want. Once I advice a newby to raise salinity and he added salt into the tank to do this.

My perc has found the carpet! I think it is stinging him a bit because there are a couple of white bloches on his skin but is has not dissuaded the clown from staying in the anemone.

Not trying to hijack here but just wanted to say I did this as a newb because I was pressed for time and killed my first RBTA that way. RIP :(

I appreciate the concern, but rest assured that i know how to premix salt. Im sure others may find this info useful.
 
Why not just let evaporation raise the SG? I've had my ATO fail a few times and I just let the evaporation slowly raise it, then top off with matching saltwater to get the waterline right in the sump?
