I have a marineland 300g coming. 6ft long 36" wide 27" tall
I am going back and forth between these two.
3-250w radiums with LB reflectors, and aqua-medic m80 ballast.
3-400w radiums with LB reflectors, and galaxy ballast.
I am not sure if I would benefit that much moviong to 400w. I have never had anything over 250w. I have seen great tanks using both.
I have these left over after my last tank. 2-250w (older) icecap ballast, and 660 vho ballast.
Should I just run some xm 10=14k bulbs in the icecaps and add a radium 250w in the middle, and use the vho bulbs. I could do this a lot cheaper.
