what long term benifits from wavebox

hi there just installed new wavebox 3 days ago on my 48x24x24 reef tank its got lots of soft carols+fish.
it took about 3 days to tune it in now iv got power turned down and im still getting over a 1"wave everything in the tank swaying gently side to side great.
my question is directed at anyone whoes had one running a while what long term bennifits can i exspect ?
and just a big pat on the back for tunze great product i also use a streem, is tunze german for quality:rollface:

Most people report less detritus and better polyp extension.

thanks roger i have noticed this my soft corals love it is there any long term benifits or is it still to soon to know how long has this product been on the market

Well, the less detritus would definitely help with algae problems long term. It is speculated that the wave percussion will enhance denitrification and the biological processes within the sand bed and live rock but no one knows for sure.

thanks for reply roger polyp extension is twice what it was and leather corals have not waxed up since i bought it ,you,ve got a great product on your hands
