What the hell is this...and how do i treat it?

He eating like a horse but has these black spots on him and now looks to have one on his beak.

Is this in a QT? How long have you had it? Could it be a sting?

Are the white splotches on the glass or the fish?

His fins look pretty torn up, is there any aggression?

What are your water parameters? Can you describe your setup? Water quality?

Not sure of an actual disease that looks like that though I feel like I have seen lympho appear dark at times. Could be bacterial.

Parameters are all good. Nobody is picking on him and its in the display.

210g mixed reef. All fairly peaceful fish. Had fish for months then all of a sudden this. White spots is the glass. Rest of fish are very healthy.
