What type anemone could I keep?

I have a 220g that is about 23" deep.
I have 6 x 80 watt t-5 retro with individual reflectors.

I am curious as to what anemone I would be able to have in my tank.
Thanks

pick the anemone you want and go for it, if your water quality is good and you keep up with a rotation for fresh bulbs, you will most likely be successful. It is helpfull to see what type of feeding and flow etc. that others have used to keep the same type healthy for several years, but don't let anyone discourge you from giving it a go. - Mark

Since you already have percs, I'd check the nem facts sticky to see what are their natural hosting nems, other than that it could be hit or miss on them taking to nem.
Tank size and light is OK, light could maybe be bumped a little IMO and yes, flow turnover can be a factor.

Thanks, sorry about the vagueness of my question.

The water quality should be fine. I am just upgrading to my 220g.

My return pump will push about 1000gph after head loss.
I have 2 Koralia 3's and 1 Koralia 4.

So I have just under 4000gph. So probably about 17 - 19X turnover per hour.

Presently I'm using an Octopus 200NW which I love from my 110g but I know in the long run it will be too small and thus I'm planning on upgrading that also.

Keep in mind if I do decide to get a nem it won't be for several months until the tank is settled in!

I personally would like a little more flow than that, not even for nems, but just overall I like about 30-40x turnover for softie/mixed.
That would probably be my first up.
Then maybe bump light a little more, but a BTA would probably be OK under that light.
I would at least check the Octo mods to get you through until you can upgrade.

IMO, as far as your lighting goes, you should be fine. Your lighting setup is exactly what I switched too from 3x 250W HQI's. I also run 6x80W T5's.
