what worm is this

If this is a bristleworm I apologize....but it isn't like any bristleworms I have in my tank...I found this guy after dipping a new mushroomrock from DD. Its about 3-4 inches long and he's FAT lol...he took a freshwater bath lol

It does sorta look like one, doesn't it? But it's not, it's a hesionid polychaete. These tend to be micro-predators on other worms & small crustaceans.

Thanks Leslie. Im glad the coral dip drove him out of the rock. I need my worms for my DSB!
