I would avoid Sixline wrasse. IMO, if there is an evil fish, Sixline wrasse is a great candidate. In my 420 g tank, I got a Mandarin pair and Sixline pair. There were plenty of food for all. One day the Sixline pair attached. They bomb-dived and peck out the eyes of my mandarin. As soon as the mandarin was blinded they just completely ignored him and go for the other one. Needless to say, my mandarin starved and I got rid of the last Sixline wrasse from my tank.
I also would advice against getting a Tang that is going to be too big for your tank in the future. I would just get one of the smaller tang species and keep him in there.
Clown gobies are great but they do have a down side. They will clear a spot in the middle of your prized SPS to make a nest. They may cause your SPS to not do well. Often SPS cannot tolerate a dead spot in the middle where there is relatively low in flow and light. The clown gobies will not let the tissue heal. They will keep on rip off the tissue there as the coral trying to heal itself. IME this is a huge down side of Clown gobies.
Tube anemone send our very long sweeper at night and kill off a lot of the coral around them. Observe you tube anemone at night to know his radius so that you won't get up in the morning with dead coral around the tube anemone.
I know a lot of what I wrote is unasked advices. Just want you to know from somebody with first hand experiences with the animal you have or plan to keep in your tank.
